I think we need to practice balance with technology

While digital technology has a lot of wonderful benefits like creating meaningful social connections to helping me not get lost when going to the grocery store, there are a lot of negative consequences we can experience at any age.

Something we were never taught is how to manage our relationship with technology and social media. Whether you are a business or a consumer, digital technology and social media can impact us significantly. I also love learning from new cultures

Outside my academic identity, I have a strong passion for traveling and experiencing new things because I think that’s the way you open your mind.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas, Orlando, San Antonio, Germany, Tampa, Lubbock, and now the PNW. I’ve also been lucky enough to travel all over the United States, the Caribbean, Europe, and even to Australia and New Zealand!
